Welcome new, and existing clients! We have many resources on this page to help you better understand who we are, what to expect from our treatments and your insurance.
When initially calling to inquire about services, our office will do a detailed intake regarding your diagnosis, or complaint, your doctor, and your insurance.
We will contact your insurance to confirm your full benefit details to help you better understand your coverage and cost, but we recommend you verify your benefits as well.
Prior to arriving at your first appointment, we will reach out to your providers to acquire pertinent records i.e. surgical report, and imaging studies so that we are prepared for your evaluation. All sessions are booked for 1hr, one on one with your PT. We do not hire aides or assistants.
We are very respectful of your time and will always try to stay on time.
After Booking Your Appointment
Once we’ve booked your initial appointment, you will receive a registration welcome email that will include all forms and/or questionnaires you will need to complete prior to your first visit. You can also download our forms by clicking here, we will advise you which ones are applicable to your case. If you do not have email access, we can mail them to you direct.
At your initial evaluation, your physical therapist will listen to your concerns, and ask pertinent questions about your history, current complaints, functional limitations, and goals. We will perform a comprehensive bio-mechanical examination, and educate you along the way about what we are seeing, how it relates to your symptoms, and what we will be focusing on to make improvements, and reach your goals.
Follow Up
Subsequently, based on our findings, and your goals we will recommend a frequency and duration of follow-up sessions. These appointments are typically a combination of ongoing education, manual intervention, foundational postural integration, and movement patterning training related to sports, work, and functional activities. Additionally, we offer specialties in women’s health, resiliency training, and trauma release.
