The treatment is simple. We begin with an assessment of your habitual alignment, noticing compensatory patterns. Next we address the chronic, asymmetric, adaptive myofascial restrictions with manual interventions. You’ll be instructed in very specific isolated stretching techniques, and motor patterning to build strength and balance in your body. Finally we place a lift in the shoe of your shorter leg.
